Who says doctors don't make house-calls anymore?

Every weekend, Dr. John Wycoff gives Michigan a thorough check-up and dispenses practical and helpful advice about the everyday maladies that affect us. Dr. Wycoff was born and raised in rural Iowa. At an early age he witnessed the partnership between his family and their personal physician. He began to understand that the trust in this relationship was the foundation of health and wellness. As a physician he noticed that many of his own patients did not feel well, yet were told their tests were normal. This led Dr. Wycoff to explore nontraditional areas of medicine such as inhaled and food allergies, hormonal imbalance and vitamin and mineral supplimentation.

Dr. Wycoff is married with three adult daughters. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Medical Association, Ingham County Medical Society, Michigan State Medical Society, American Academy of Environmental Medicine, and the Pan-American Allergy Society. He has served as the past chief of staff at St. Lawrence Hospital and the former chief of staff at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing. He has staff privileges at Ingham Regional Medical Center and Sparrow Hospital. Dr. Wycoff is also the founder of the Wycoff Wellness Center in East Lansing.

Dr. Wycoff draws on his vast medical experience to bring the very best in medical reporting and advice with an eye on natural cures and the latest in medical developments.
