iTunes

1. If you do not already have iTunes, download it here.

2. To visit the iTunes page for a show, select "iTunes Page" by the corresponding show.
(This will open up iTunes)

3. Podcasts available will be listed in the bottom section of the iTunes window.
They are listed by date, length, title, and description.

4. To download a podcast, select "Get Podcast" on the far right of the selected podcast.

5. To listen to the selected podcast, click the "Podcast" tab on the left navigation bar in the iTunes window.

6. To recieve episodes automatically, select "Subscribe". The newest episodes will be downloaded
to your computer as soon as they are released.

Podcast Player

1. If the embedded players on the Podcast page are not displaying, download the latest version of Flash.
